Grace Place Women: Free Weekly Yoga Classes

Grace Place Women offers free, twice weekly yoga classes for lesbian, bisexual, queer and questioning women in the interest of creating community, friendship and support. The classes are one hour long, and are suitable for all levels, including beginners. After class, tea is served, giving the participants the opportunity to share their experiences in an informal discussion.

Special classes by guest women teachers in bodywork, meditation and other alternative healing modalities are also offered throughout the month. Our mission is to provide a welcoming place for women to explore body, mind and spirit.

We are a feminist-oriented group, and welcome our straight women allies. Trans people are also most welcome to attend.

CLASS TIMES:
Tuesdays 7pm - 8pm
Sundays 10am - 11am
