There's a guy I've gone out with at work a couple times. I think we are just friends, I think he has other ideas.

What do you think? What's the best way to discourage him without it seeming to him I'm blowing him off?

I don't know what your relationship is, or what you have done to put yourself in this position. Obviously, you have suggested or encouraged a more personal one.

The only suggestions I have for you are:

1. Don't mix business with pleasure away from work.
2. Discuss your relationship expectations with him.
3. Double date.
4. Move out of town, or find a new job.
