Variables being equal, you should be salaried at a competetive level with other positions in companies ranked simiarly by size and demographics.
Check out the ratings with your professional association, human resources, and head hunters. Don't forget any perks, grade levels, compensation packages, and bonuses should be taken into consideration.
If you are not satisfied, be smart. Review your current resume and test the waters. Be prepared so that you are not short-lived, short-termed, nor short-sighted with any shortcomings!
