Germania Place was built in 1888 and has endured as one of Chicago's greatest landmark buildings. The ballrooms underwent a full historic restoration in 1994 and provide legendary setting for events. The beautiful stained glass window pictured above was displayed at the World's Fair in 1893, and today stands proudly at the doors leading into the Grand Ballroom. |
