Opened in November 1989 by chef Rick Bayless and his wife, Deann. The couple traveled every state in Mexico on their way to bringing authentic Mexican fine dining to America. Topolobampo (toh-poh-low-BAM-poh) is next door to Bayless's Frontera Grill. |
