I have been going to Equinox for years and have spent LOTS of money there. I shop there about twice a month as a matter of fact.
But the service is HORRIBLE. The men that work there are rude--they never say "Hi" or "Thank you" and are never willing to help out in any way. They are also very condescending. I have decided that I will never spend another penny there and have since found a better store with better customer service to patronize.

Both stores are just a pleasure. Fabulous merchandise-beautiful stained glass lamps, antique Asian furniture, handmade cards, glass and wood objects, glazed tiles and many other beautiful objects.
Surprisingly competitive prices, given the quality of their things.
Excellent, friendly service, from bright, personable and knowledgable staff.
One of my favorite stores in Chicago! Also see their store on State street, downtown.
