Advertising Contract If you are ready to purchase advertising on the ChicagoPride.com website, please email us. File Type and Image Format The banners should be in JPG or GIF format. (i) GIF - These can be "animated" as long as they are with the file size limitation. This file type is used for banners with basic color formats. (ii) JPG - This file type is best suited for color picture formats. It has no animation available. The maximum file size for a banner is 22k bytes. We will contact you if a banner is larger than the requested maximum size. Payment All fees are due in advance. There is no start-up and no cancellation fee. Through a secured website, you can change the banner ad as ofen as necessary. We accept business checks or can invoice for large contracts. We will bill you directly after the ad is placed. Near the end of the banner ad period we will contact you to determine if you wish to contract for the next period. Our liability is limited to the number of times we display your banner. Should any condition exist where your banner is not shown correctly, we will extend the contract period an equivalent number of days. Terms The following terms apply to any banner ads placed on ChicagoPride.com: No offensive language, racism, sexism, pornography, illegal activity, misleading or other offensive material and/or links to such sites may be included in advertisements submitted to the ChicagoPride.com. ChicagoPride.com is unable to accept ads that in any way can be deemed offensive or inappropriate.
