Chicago, IL — Chicagoans of all kinds have embraced BARENAKED LADS IN THE GREAT OUTDOORS, the new naked comedy at Bailiwick that TimeOut Chicago called “A bona fide delight.” With clever topicial sketch comedy by Andy Eninger and exciting original music by Michael S. Mahler, BNL has gotten off to a roaring start with bachelorettes, girls night outs, birthday parties, and gay groups of all kinds.

BARENAKED LADS IN THE GREAT OUTDOORS is now extended through August 27th.

Through April 30th and from June 30 to August 27th, the show will continue to play on Fridays and Sundays at 7, and Saturdays at 9:00.

For bacherlorette season May 5 through June 24, the show will have a new schedule – Fridays at 8:00, Saturdays at 7:00 and 9:30, and Sunday at 7:00.

Tickets are $37 on Fridays and Saturdays, and $32 Sundays. Please note there is NO performance on July 7.

Buy a ticket on Mother’s Day May 14 and you can bring your mom for free. Or if Mom is buying the ticket, you can bring a son or daughter (over 18 please!) for free.

From the opening number that introduces six naked singers with their (clothed) female cohort, to a beautifully sung finale that celebrates the human body in all its imperfections, BARENAKED LADS… is an upbeat and energetic evening full of colorful characters.  We see a taping of the nude gourmet’s TV show, and meet a Reverend who casts aside both sins and clothes in a grand revival scheme. We meet a married couple on a beach in Provincetown, a gonzo personal trainer on Montrose Beach, and a group of grade school children who get an unexpected lesson at the zoo.  And we meet Troop Randolph, the glamorous 1930's Hollywood Star whose mansion and pool are overflowing with male beauty.

BARENAKED LADS IN THE GREAT OUTDOORS features comedy sketches by Andy Eninger, Michael Mahler, with additional music by Dan Martin and Michael Biello, choreography Baron Clay and Brenda Didier, and musical direction by G. Edward, directed by David Zak. Designs are by Andrew Vincent (costumes), and Dennis Remer (lights).

The show features Raquel Marmor and a sextet of gorgeous guys - John Cardone, Greg Poljacik, Brook Robertson, Keith Stoneking, Scott Thomas, and David Zizic.
