Los Angeles, CA — Embattled Grey's Anatomy star Isaiah Washington has a new man in his life—Hollywood's top gay public relations guru who's been hired to repair the actor's image after his infamous homophobic tirade.

Celebrity gossip site TMZ.com reports that Washington signed with PR crisis expert Howard Bragman and his company, Fifteen Minutes. Bragman, who is openly gay, is responsible for the promotion of NBA center John Amaechi's successful book Man in the Middle.

In a statement, a Fifteen Minutes spokesman said, "Our work with Isaiah is about his future, not the past. There is an important dialogue in our society about diversity that needs to happen, and Isaiah is uniquely positioned to be the catalyst for this."

Isaiah has been hard at work cleaning up his name after being rebuked for using anti-gay language against Grey's co-star T.R. Knight last year. He's issued multiple public apologies for his rant, met with leaders of gay advocacy groups and has even entered into counseling.

According to TMZ.com, Bragman is known for, "telling it like it is," to his clients, and that Isaiah will be no exception.

Bragman founded Fifteen Minutes PR in 2005 after selling powerhouse PR firm Bragman Nyman Cafarelli.
