This summer former model-turned-DJ Billy Steele blew into the Windy City determined to earn respect in Chicago's house scene.  Well known in Manhattan, DJ Steele was a relatively unknown name in Chicago.  He arrived eager to change that.

The 29-year-old Steele shows dedication to his craft, not to mention a solid knowledge of Chicago's ‘house' history.  "I have great respect for the Chicago-born artform of ‘house music'," Steele told ChicagoPride.com before his first visit.

That respect mixed with Steele's passion for music became evident to the Circuit Night Club crowd when he played for the first time in Chicago.  This past July Steele left the chanting crowd begging for more.

"Chicago definitely has educated clubbers who know their music very well, and aren't shy to let you know they're having a good time, " Steele told ChicagoPride.com.  "It was simply a great night overall; from the decorations to the lights - to the music - to the people.  We closed out the night with some old school dessert together."

Keeping a promise to return Steele makes a second appearance in the Windy City, Saturday, December 29th to headline NITRO, Chicago's popular monthly theme event at Circuit Night Club, 3641 N. Halsted.

"We have been working with Circuit to try and find the right time to do another party and closing the year out together just felt right.  I am coming full of surprises, including my new track ?What?!?," said Steele.  "I'm looking forward to debuting it for my friends at Circuit."

The talented Steele recently completed ?What?!?, his debut release on Groovilicious Records.  The mix remains on Junior Vasquez's Top 5 play list.

DJ Billy Steele's approach to spinning records is sure to be appreciated as he returns to Chicago.
"I'm thrilled to be welcomed back to visit again.  This time around should be even more fun, picking up right where we left off!"

I remember when Billy Steele played Circuit this summer. It was refreshing to see (and hear) a new face spinning in Chi-town. I'm ready to hit Circuit this Saturday!
