| Best Stretch Machine On The Planet |

I have used this for many years and still use it on a daily basis. This machine makes stretching an enjoyable albeit still difficult experience.
Still after all these years, I can't seem to get past 160. But, that is pretty far. My problem is I can stretch far, it just takes me about 30 minutes to reach my potential having the first 15 minutes still stiff as a board.
But that is not the machine's fault, it is my own genetics. Great machine, love it.

The instructions to assemble it could surely be better, but I managed to put it together.
I wish the pads that support the thigh and calves were a bit longer. I am 6"2" and the pad you legs lie on seems a bit short.
But that does not take away from it's functionality. In truth I thought I would get this stretching machine, and force myself
to stretch further that I should, but the machine is built thoughfully and I can't over stretch. So that is good.
It does allow me to stretch out to 120 degrees, and then worked to 130, then 140 pretty quickly. That might not seem like much, but I
weigh about 350 pounds. I feel certain this machine will work well to gradually increase my stretch. It relieves my wife from the duty of
helping me stretch...so she's happy about it. All in all, I am happy with the purchase and would recommend it.

My girlfriend bought it for me for my birthday. I started at 60 degrees and eventually maxed out the machine within two months. I then placed a kicking shield between the back support and myself to push myself another 4-5 inches. I used this machine only twice a day 10 minutes at a time. After getting the machine to max out after being held forward 4-5 inches my front splits each way came naturally. 3 way splits! I am 5-8 and I was kicking 7 ft guys in the face. They never expect it being so tall. This is a great alternative to shoving your legs out inch by inch. On bad days I sit down push it open and on good days I just roll it out won hardwood floor with socks. The best Bday gift you can buy.

Like the other reviewers, I found the instructions leave a bit to be desired. Primarily because it doesn't have a step by step written description - you have to go purely off the exploded views. While that is do-able, I like having the written description to validate the steps.
Anyway after careful examination of the instructions and matching parts I had it assembled in about an hour. I'm pleased with it because it does exactly what I wanted it to - help me stretch in smaller increments than I was able to before.
Like others, I found the indicator is 20 degrees off - I simply marked the proper place to read from with a dot of red nail polish. One reviewer was disappointed it moves in 5 degree increments, which I initially thought was incorrect since the indicator is graduated in 2 1/2 degree increments, but I found every time you move the lever 1 click, the angle increases by 2 marks which is 5 degrees. Still this is more incremental than my old method - the stairs. When I reached my max there I couldn't go up another stair safely without risking injury. So this machine has done its job in allowing a more incremental stretch. I've had it about a month and have increased by 20 degrees and can already see my kicks getting higher.
So I'm very pleased with the product.

Great product. Solid piece of equipment and very well built. The only negitive is the assembly instructions. Once you get it put together though, you really will have awesome results.
