This music mix is amazing for cardio/elliptical or any kind of high energy workout exercise. The mixes take me back, and I love the whole vibe of the "Menergy" mixes. I actually am looking forward to going back to the gym tomorrow!

Wow...this brings back some great memories. I wish you could hear this music in clubs today. I love Hi-Energy dance music and the 80s and this CD is one non-stop joy to listen to. New mixes of "Babe We're Gonna Love Tonite," "Can't Take My Eyes Off Of You," "Boom Boom (Let's Go Back To My Room)" are truly amazing. I never thought I would hear a trance version of "Somewhere Over The Rainbow," but it works! Buy this CD!
